What can you accomplish in 360 hours? The Chinese sustainable building company, Broad Group, has achieved an impossible feat - building a 30-story tall hotel in just 15 days. Imagine the savings on holding costs on a development if we could build that quickly! Sintra recently completed a unit and townhouse development in Norman Park. We achieved our original intention of keeping the existing house (converting it into 2 units - an upstairs unit with city views and a downstairs garden unit) and building three 3 level townhouses on the rear of the property. The final product exceeds our expectations - it sold off the plan and has already generated a huge amount of interest from potential renters. Full photos will be posted next month!
