The Reserve Bank has indicated that the official cash rate is likely to remain low.
http://www.news.com.au/realestate/news/reserve-bank-signals-interest-rates-to-remain-low/story-fncq3gat-1226700573002 Sintra’s clients are a varied bunch! Some are young people, wanting to start building an investment portfolio as well as make some extra cash flow from developments. Some are people trying to consolidate their asset base in preparation for retirement, and others are already retired and have decided to make their assets work a bit
harder. Some clients are able to use their super to do developments, which means they don’t need to put any of their own savings in. Our clients have different levels of experience in investing and developing. Some are time poor or need Sintra’s expertise in project management. Others may already own a site but are not sure how to develop it. So whatever your individual circumstances, Sintra can help you generate extra cash flow and increase your equity quickly so you can continue investing. We have recently submitted plans to Council for a great little development in Hamilton. The intention is to keep the existing house at the front and build two high-end townhouses at the back. Sintra was able to resolve the site specific issues (smaller frontage than usual, reduced driveway setback and construction cost constraints) and the final solution submitted to Council met all of the client’s requirements. We even managed to get a significant discount of $6,600 on the application fee to Council – gotta be in the know!
We have been discussing this for a few months and now there seems like there is data supporting it… interesting… http://www.yourinvestmentpropertymag.com.au/news/how-elections-impact-property-values-177921.aspx
