A big thanks to the client who gave us this feedback recently: “Marco has a particular talent in developing a rapport with clients which we have been most appreciative of. This has given us confidence in continuing a strong business relationship in which he has provided both understanding and guidance through all decision making required by us.” We constantly see commentary and predictions on the market going up or down. One day the sky is falling and the next we are expecting growth of 20% (for this month!). As a property developer, I don’t worry about others’ predictions. If you do your research, a conservative and realistic feasibility and take a rational approach (rather than ‘hoping’ for growth or being emotionally attached to property), fluctuations in the market shouldn’t have a huge impact on your development.
http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/realestate/investing/when-will-prices-recover/story-fndctfxy-1226582758279 FAQ - What ongoing commitments do I need to make in order to complete a property development?18/2/2013
There are two types of ‘commitment’. There will be financial commitments throughout the development which Sintra will work out with you upfront. The other is the time or emotional commitment. Depending on the services you want Sintra to provide, we can do some or all of the work for you. That way you’ll never have
to, say, leave your own job early for an on-site meeting with the builder to resolve something. Sintra will do it for you. It’s the Year of the Snake in 2013, and according to Chinese custom, its meant for steady progress and attention to detail – two things that are central to property investing and developing. 2013 is the year specifically of the Water Snake, which are considered lucky with finances and always seem to have money flowing their way. But the colour of the year is black, which can bring unexpected changes and instability, so it is important to be cautious. Surely some good advice to always apply to property development, regardless of the year! - http://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/business/property/brisbane-property-on-the-rebound-analysts-say-20130206-2dyoe.html
