 DA Approved After securing this project on 30 November 2012, we have already received the Development Approval for a 1 into 3 subdivision in Tingalpa. This was in spite of the Christmas shut down of 3 weeks – now that is a quick turnaround! The intention is to keep the existing house on the front of the site and then subdivide the land into 2 further blocks of land.
