The online game involves weekly tips on the sale price of five houses up for auction. If you tip within $50,000 of the sale price it is added to your virtual portfolio. Each game is played in a 10-week block over winter, spring and summer. You can also create a private competition against friends. The best player at the end of each block wins a prize. This reduces the cash rate from 4.25% to 3.75%. We all know the big banks did not pass on the previous two interest rate cuts in full.
