Yes. Sintra works directly for our clients to help them achieve the best outcomes from their projects. While Sintra has built a network of industry experts including town planners, builders and architects, we’re always independent of them and seek out the best value for our clients every time. Similarly, we have many contacts in the real estate industry and they keep us informed of new sites for sale. However we negotiate for our
clients like a buyer’s agent and do not receive commissions from real estate agents for any business we generate.
